On the eve of India finishing seventy-five years independence, it is necessary that we've to recapture evolution country's environmental policy In recent years, notably since first 1970’s, earth planet has become more susceptible problems and there’s significant concern on whether earth’s life network itself being vulnerable. a giant country with high population density potential labour force. It’s developing marching towards 5 trillion economy, strong, vibrant, multi-party democracy degree freelance judiciary open media. Environmental policies are influenced by multitude factors determine how resources accessed, apportioned, consumed, conserved, governed. There exists Paradigm shift in India. This paper analyses nature magnitude ideological change 75 polices 7different periods such as I: Period from 1947-1970:Post-independence Period, 1970-1980: Decade Obligations, III: 1981-1990: Activism,, IV: 1991-2000 :Decade cooperative governance , 2001-2010: Decentralised Governance, VI: from: 2011-2020:Decade Centralisation Natural Resources VII: 2020-2030 : International obligations.
